I’ve gone through the checkout and purchased my files, now how do I download?
After you’ve gone through the checkout process, whether you’ve purchased files or grabbed some freebies, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can find the download links.
You will receive an email that contains the link(s) for your downloads.
If you think you didn’t receive the email, be sure to check your junk mail folder. If you entered the correct email address when you filled out your info, they’ll probably be there.
Each file is available for 3 downloads. If for some reason you are unable to download the files, please contact me and I will be happy to help by either resending the download email or emailing the files directly to you.
If you did not create an account when you made your purchase, be sure to save the email in case you need to download the file again at some point.
If you DID create an account, you can log back in at any time and access your remaining downloads.
Most purchased files come as a zipped folder that contains an AI, EPS, SVG, DXF and a PNG file. Some of the free files and the monogram with alphabets have just one file format at a time. (If for some reason you have downloaded the wrong format of a free file… please don’t ask me to send a different one, just download the correct one – it’s FREE!)

–I purchased a SVG file from you and now I need an EPS. Can you send that to me?
Most of the purchased files that are on this sight are sold as a ZIP folder that contains AI (illustrator) SVG and EPS files. Most also have a DXF file as well.
Check your original download. If you still have the ZIP folder, you’ll have those alternate file formats.
Some of our images – like the monograms – are too big to send all of the formats. If for some reason you have purchased a set of files and need a different format, please contact me and I’ll send you what you need.
My cutting program says “file not supported” or something like that. Why isn’t it working?
Did you unzip the file that you downloaded? A zip folder is only a little suitcase that holds all of the working files. Double click on the zip file to see the goodies inside. Drag and drop the file format that you need to the folder where you want it to live, or to your desktop and then you can load it into your cutting program.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, perhaps you don’t have the file format that you need. Contact me and tell me the file name that you purchased that isn’t working and the cutting program that you are trying to use. I’ll have a look and try to get things working for you.
